Rohani is an AIME Systems Change Resident from 2024, and the acclaimed chef and restauranteur of Folk Detroit, an award winning, GoodFood100, low waste and James Beard nominated Aussie style cafe, Wine Shop & Speciality Provisions. Her latest venture, Neighbor x Folk, extends her commitment to community development.. She participated in a week-long residency experience with AIME from 31 My - 7 June 2024.
