Mentoring Universities is a project dedicated to transforming the way universities operate, moving beyond traditional metrics of success such as rankings and research output. The Project explores how universities can be redesigned to nurture human potential, foster meaningful connections, and respond to the challenges of the now. Central to this vision is embedding mentoring, guidance, and relational learning into the core of the academic experience, ensuring students are supported not only intellectually but also emotionally, socially, and ethically. By integrating mentorship, community engagement, and sustainable practices into their structures and curricula, the projects seeks to cultivate universities are socially responsible, and equipped to contribute to a more regenerative and equitable world.
