SCR 1 - JUNE 2024

Redesigning organisations to align with nature’s systems and recognise Joy on the balance sheet.

The Joy Corporations project reimagines how organisations operate, moving beyond profit as the sole measure of success. It explores how businesses can be designed to reflect the rhythms, cycles, and interconnections found in nature, prioritising wellbeing, community, and ecological health alongside financial performance. Central to this vision is the idea of recognising Joy as a measurable and valued outcome, embedding it into organisational culture, strategy, and even the balance sheet. By integrating human happiness, environmental stewardship, and regenerative practices into the core of business, Joy Corporations offers a blueprint for organisations to thrive in ways that benefit people, planet, and purpose simultaneously.
