At AIME and IMAGI-NATION, we lead with death not as a morbid fixation, but as the most honest design principle available to us. Death is the only universal truth - everything dies. Yet our organisations pretend they'll live forever, leading to institutionalisation, corruption, and decay.
Death creates urgency.
Death prevents systemic rot.
